It’s been a crazy stressful week and all I’ve been doing is daydreaming about leaving the city. But we all have bad days and don’t have the luxury of just running away, so thank goodness the sky garden in our building finally opened after this forever long winter!
In order to celebrate, I put on my most comfy denims and sunhat to sit on a bench for a few hours and soak up the sun. It was the perfect escape: I could meditate, keep calm, and move on. Such a great detox.
It’s funny how meditation can really help you think clearer rather than overanalyzing till your brain hurts. If you are feeling some of the stress this week, maybe try meditation too?
